DOUGLAS COUNTY FAIR BEGINS FOR 2019

The Douglas County Fair begins its 5-day run for 2019 on Tuesday.
Country artist Randy Houser plays the Cascade Community Credit Union Amphitheater at 7:30 p.m.
Tuesday is Senior Day and senior citizens get free admission until 3:00 p.m. The Senior Talent Show will take place at 10:00 a.m.
Admission is free to kids age 12 and under all day every day. Teens get in for $2 off everyday when they bring canned food.
The main gate at the fair opens daily at 7:00 a.m. as 4H and FFA activities get underway. The commercial buildings at the fair open at 11:00 a.m. with the carnival gate opening at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday. It will open at 10:00 a.m. for the rest of the week.
Buses to the fair run from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. They operate every thirty minutes until 5:00 p.m. and every 15 minutes starting at 5:00 p.m. Buses are available at Roseburg High School, the Douglas County Courthouse and at the First Student bus lot in Green. Buses are free but parking at the fairgrounds is $8 per vehicle.
Tuesday’s fair fun runs until 11:00 p.m.
