Due to project delays, the closure of the 900 block of West Old Melrose Road in Roseburg has been rescheduled for 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6th.

A city release said the closure was previously scheduled for Thursday, November 5th.

Crews will remove an underground sewer bypass previously installed for work serving the RUSA wastewater treatment plant.

Detour routes and signs will be in place. Motorists should use alternate routes, allow additional travel time and drive cautiously near crews and equipment.

The release said the work schedule may change because of weather or other unforeseen conditions. The city will provide updates if the closure schedule changes.
