NO ONE HURT IN ROLLOVER ACCIDENT THURSDAY

No one was hurt in a rollover accident on Douglas Street in Roseburg Thursday morning.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 11:00 a.m. 32-year old Miguel Betancourt was driving westbound when he dropped his phone. The man reached down to get it, veered to the right, and struck a vehicle which was parked along the north side of the street. His vehicle then overturned and slid on the roof into another unoccupied vehicle that was also parked along the road.
The report said the man had a few scrapes, but was otherwise unharmed. His car had to be towed from the scene. Betancourt was cited for careless driving, driving while suspended and for driving uninsured.
