The local chapter of the Associates of Vietnam Veterans of America will offer a spousal and survivor’s benefits educational seminar on Saturday, November 14th.

It will be held at Garden Valley Church on Garden Valley Road, west of Roseburg, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Information will be provided on benefits for spouses, children, and education, along with death benefits.
