Roseburg voters can now view the city’s 2026 Election Information pamphlet for the Tuesday November 3rd, General Election.

A city release said the pamphlet includes information submitted by candidates for Roseburg Mayor and the Position 1 city council seats in Wards 1 through 4. It also provides voter-registration information, vote-by-mail instructions and official ballot drop-site locations.

Candidate statements are published as submitted. The city does not verify the accuracy or truthfulness of information provided by candidates.

The deadline to register to vote is Tuesday, October 13th. Online registrations must be submitted by that evening. Ballots must be postmarked or deposited at an official ballot drop site by 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 3rd.

Printed copies are available at the Roseburg City Hall lobby finance window, on Southeast Douglas Avenue, the Roseburg Public Library, on Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard and the Roseburg Public Safety Center, on Southeast Douglas Avenue.
