The City of Roseburg Homeless Commission is suspending its meetings until 2027.

A synopsis of this week’s meeting provided by city staff said the commission has requested that the new mayor and incoming city manager provide direction to the commission as to what their priorities should be moving forward.

In Monday’s meeting, the commission received a presentation from Jeremy and Hollie Grammon regarding the Dream Center’s services, community impact and Dream Again Village logic model.  They also reviewed and provided feedback on the Homeless Services Resource Directory. The commission also heard a presentation on the City of Grant Pass’s approach to addressing homelessness and related shelter and housing initiatives.

The next meeting for the Homeless Commission has been set for January 4th.
