Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged harassment incident on Sunday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 2:45 p.m. officers contacted the 40-year-old after he allegedly punched and kicked an employee at a store in the 800 block of Southeast Cass Avenue, causing a disturbance. The suspect told officers that he was the one who was attacked even though there were multiple witnesses. The man was charged with harassment and was detained on $2,500 bail.
