Roseburg Police jailed a man following a reported trespass incident early Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said just after 6:30 a.m. officers contacted the 34year-old because he was sitting in front of a business in the 1600 block of Northeast Stephens Street, which is a violation of his probation stipulations. A detainer was authorized. The man taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
