Pacific Power is using a helicopter to visually inspect power lines within and around the City of Roseburg on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Regional Business Manager Sam Carter said the helicopter will fly at low elevations and slow speeds during daylight hours. Carter said the inspections are necessary to ensure the continued safe and reliable operation of their equipment.
