A transient was jailed following a trespass incident in the Yoncalla area early Saturday morning.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 2:00 a.m. Kristi Wilburn’s camp was located at a log pond which she has previously been trespassed from in the 2700 block of Eagle Valley Road. The report said nothing, but garbage littered area where the tent was located. Wilburn was contacted during a traffic stop and when exiting the vehicle, drug paraphernalia allegedly fell off her lap.

She was charged with second-degree criminal trespass depositing trash within 100 yards of a waterway and unlawful possession of a schedule II-controlled substance. Wilburn was detained without bail.
