Roseburg Police cited a woman for prohibited camping early Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said at 1:10 a.m. officers contacted the 68-year-old at the duck pond in the 1000 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard due to her camp being in violation of the city ordinance. The woman had four prior convictions for prohibited camping. She was detained without incident but was released after a citation was issued.
