The Sutherlin Blackberry Festival is happening through Friday Through Sunday.

The 38th annual series of events includes a drive-in movie night under the stars Friday, watching “Smokey and The Bandit” starting at dusk.

Saturday’s fun features an epic car show, classic car cruise and swap meet. There is blackberry cook-off, basketball tournament, mud volleyball, and live music from Hecktic Week.

On Sunday, there is church in the park, a pet pie-eating contest, motorcycle show, mud races, bike build off showcase, diaper derby and more.

There is even an opportunity to win a beautiful 1956 Ford pickup.
