Roseburg Police cited two people for prohibited camping and deposit of trash near waters early Sunday morning.

An RPD report said at 4:00 a.m. officers contacted the 46-year-old man and 27-year-old woman near the bike jumps in the 500 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The camp was covered in litter and well within 100 yards of a waterway and was in violation of city ordinance.
