DOUGLAS COUNTY FAIR HAS TWO MORE DAYS TO GO

The Douglas County Fair has two more days to go, with plenty of things to see and experience.

Friday commercial buildings are open from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. with the carnival opening at 12:00 p.m.

Friday night its rapper Tone Loc on the amphitheater stage at 7:30 p.m. Local and regional musicians play on the Garden Park Stage throughout the day.

Kids aged 12 and under get in free all day every day courtesy of the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians. Teens get $2 off admission with a canned food donation.

Friday Dress a Vegetable and get in free from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

4-H and FFA activities continue including the annual Livestock Auction at 4:00 p.m. which takes place in the Beef Ring.

Parking at the fair is $10 per vehicle. Buses are free and will run every half hour from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and every fifteen minutes from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Buses pick up fairgoers at Roseburg High School and at the First Student Bus Lot in the Green District.
