In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:

Umpqua Actors Community Theatre has tickets on sale for their production of Murder on the Orient Express, which opens on September 3rd.

A synopsis said in this classic Agatha Christie whodunit, the Orient Express train gets struck in a snowdrift, and what begins as an ordinary journey becomes a gripping mystery. A detective finds himself surrounded by a train full of strangers, each with secrets to hide, as a wealthy passenger is discovered murdered in the night.

As tensions rise, among the web of lies and hidden identities, the truth begins to surface, and the case becomes more complex than when it first appears. Who is guilty, and what does justice truly mean?

Shows will be Thursday through Saturday nights at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday matinees at 2:00 p.m. through September 20th. Tickets are $17 for adults and $12 for children under the age of 12.
