Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged prior harassment incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 11:00 a.m. officers contacted the 26-year-old at a residence in the 1000 block of West Nebo Street regarding the past case where he allegedly spit on a victim during an argument. He was charged with harassment and was detained on $2,500 bail.
