Roseburg Police charged a man with conspiracy to commit criminal mischief charges on Sunday.
An RPD report said just before 8:00 a.m. officers contacted the 31-year-old regarding a July 18th incident in which the windows to vehicles had been completely broken out while parked at Adapt Integrated Health Care in the 600 block of West Madrone Street. After an investigation, officers determined that the suspect conspired with another person to commit the crimes.
The man admitted to coordinating to have the windows broken out and was taken into custody without incident. He was detained on both felony and misdemeanor counts of the charge. Bail was set at $5,000. The man was released on Monday.
