Sutherlin Police charged a man with harassment, following an incident early Tuesday morning.

An SPD report said just before 5:25 p.m. the 22-year-old was involved in a dispute with a victim in the 1400 block of Gleason Avenue. Officers responded and took the man into custody. He was transported to corrections and detained without bail. The man was released on Wednesday.
