Roseburg Police cited a man for unlawful possession of methamphetamine early Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 12:05 a.m. officers contacted the 52-year-old during a security check in the 1300 block of Northeast Cedar Street. The man reportedly had a usable amount of methamphetamine in his possession. He was released after the citation was issued.
