Thrive Umpqua and Umpqua Velo Club are offering Road Biking 101 on Thursday August 6th and Saturday August 8th

The two sessions will use League of American Cyclists curriculum, the first day in the classroom and the second day riding around Roseburg together. The program is designed to help people become a more confident cyclist, meet other bike riders, save gas money and have fun.

The classroom portion will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Roseburg Public Library on Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. The road riding part will go from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Registration is $30. Sign up at: https://bit.ly/docosmartcycle
