ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL WOMAN FOR ALLEGED CRIMINAL MISCHIEF INCIDENT

Roseburg Police jailed a woman for an alleged criminal mischief incident on Monday afternoon.

An RPD report said just before 1:00 p.m. officers responded to the parking garage in the 500 block of Southeast Rose Street after a caller said a woman was breaking the windshield out of a vehicle. Officers located the 59-year-old woman inside the vehicle and ultimately took her into custody. She was allegedly found to be in possession of a useable amount suspected methamphetamine.

The woman was identified as Christine Sanders. She was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree disorderly conduct. Sanders was detained without bail.
