ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL WOMAN FOR LITTERING, DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Roseburg Police jailed a woman for offensive littering and second-degree disorderly conduct following an incident on Thursday morning.

An RPD report said just after 7:45 a.m. officers responded to the Douglas County Courthouse on Southeast Douglas Avenue after numerous employees said a woman was screaming outside, preventing them from working. The 70-year-old also allegedly threw an ashtray off the courthouse stairs and threw papers all over the stairs. She was taken into custody. Bail was set at $2,500.
