Roseburg Police jailed a woman for a probation violation on Tuesday evening.

An RPD report said just before 7:00 p.m. officers contacted the 50-year-old in the 2200 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway because she was wanted by her parole officer for failure to report. A detainer was authorized and the woman was taken into custody without incident. She was detained without bail and was released later in the evening.
