Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Tuesday evening.

An RPD report said at about 6:15 p.m. the 36-year-old was contacted at his camp at Deer Creek Park in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. The camp was set up in a restricted area, in a restricted manner and outside the allowed time. The man had two prior prohibited camping convictions. He was instructed to clean up his camp. The man was released after the citation was issued.
