The 2nd annual Back to School Bash takes place on Saturday, August 22nd at Umpqua Community College from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

A number of organizations are teaming up to provide free school supplies, free haircuts, and cost-free sports physicals and vaccines. There will also be free food and ice cream. The WOW Truck will be on site with activities for attendees. The event will include dozens of family-friendly activities, games and prizes for pre-school students through college-age students. Community resources will be available for families as well. Team and club showcases and performances will take place.

Sponsoring organizations include Thrive Umpqua, the Douglas Education Service District, Aviva Health, Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians, Adapt Integrated Health Care, Roseburg Schools and Umpqua Health.
