Roseburg Police cited a man Wednesday morning for a prior case of public urination.

An RPD report said on June 18th, the 45-year-old was captured on surveillance footage urinating on the front steps of the Roseburg Public Library on Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. The man was contacted at 8:40 a.m. and was issued the citation.
