Roseburg Police jailed a woman on the charge of second-degree on Wednesday.

An RPD report said shortly after 8:30 a.m. officers contacted the 46-year-old after she was caught loading a cart full of stolen items into her car outside a store in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. The items were recovered and she was taken into custody without issue.

Bail was set at $5,000.
