Detectives with the Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team seized 262 marijuana plants and arrested a Dillard area man on Tuesday.

DINT Commander Lieutenant Nick Hansen said a search warrant was served at a home near the end of Rice Creek Road, off of Willis Creek, regarding an illegal grow. Hansen said along with the marijuana, THC extract, Butane Honey Oil- a marijuana extract, and small amounts of other drugs including LSD were located.

DINT arrested 34-year-old Scott Garret Fausset on charges of unlawful possession, distribution and delivery of marijuana, and three counts of unlawful possession of a Schedule 1 Controlled Substance. Fausset was detained without bail.
