Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping early Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said at approximately 2:50 a.m. officers contacted the 60-year-old regarding his camp being in a prohibited area per the city camping ordinance. The man had two prior convictions for prohibited camping. He was cited for a criminal count of the offense and then was released.
