Roseburg Police jailed a man for second-degree counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct on Tuesday.
An RPD report said at 6:15 p.m. the 51-year-old allegedly refused to leave a business in the 1900 block of Southeast Stephens Street and started swinging a hatchet in the parking lot, scaring employes of the store. He was taken into custody and transported to corrections. Bail was set at $2,500.
