Saving Grace Humane Society has an Empty the Shelters event underway:

Thanks to Bissell Pet Foundation, adoption fees are reduced through July 25th. Dogs – excluding puppies – are $70, cats and kittens are $50, and senior cats are $10. All adopted pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccines and flea treatment. Saving Grace Humane Society is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. They are located at 450 Old Del Rio Road, just west of Interstate 5 in the Winchester area.
