Roseburg Police jailed a man for harassment and second-degree criminal trespass on Thursday afternoon.

An RPD report said just before 3:00 p.m. officers arrested the 41-year-old man because he returned to a business in the 2500 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway after previously being trespassed. The man also allegedly elbowed an employee in the stomach when they attempted to detain him. Bail was set at $3,750.
