Roseburg Police cited a woman for third-degree theft on Wednesday.

An RPD report said shortly before 12:30 p.m. officers contacted the 23-year-old in the loss prevention office of a store in the 2500 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway after she was allegedly caught stealing items. She was taken into custody without issue and admitted to the theft.
