Roseburg Police cited a woman for a city ordinance violation on Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said at 3:10 a.m. the 68-year-old was contacted for camping in a restricted area, on the sidewalk near the intersection of Southeast Cass Avenue and Southeast Jackson Street. She was released after the citation was issued.
