Wildlife Safari has announced that it has earned reaccreditation from the Zoological Association of America, reaffirming its commitment to the highest standards of animal care, conservation, education and guest safety.
A release said ZAA accreditation is awarded following a comprehensive evaluation of an institution’s animal welfare, veterinary care, facilities, conservational efforts and operational standards. Accreditation is renewed every five years through a rigorous process to ensure institutions continue to meet the highest professional standards. Wildlife Safari said earning reaccreditation reflects their continued dedication to providing exceptional care for the animals that call the park home.
Wildlife Safari Executive Director Dan Van Slyke said, “We are incredibly proud of our team for achieving this important milestone”. Van Slyke said, “This reaccreditation reflects the passion and dedication our staff brings to animal care and conservation every day”.
