The Umpqua National Forest wants to alert visitors that cougar sightings have recently been reported at Cover Camp and Three C Rock campgrounds on the Tiller Ranger District.

A UNF post said recreationists should:

*Stay aware of their surroundings

*Keep children and pets close

*Do not approach wildlife

*Report any sightings to the Tiller Ranger District office as soon as possible.
