Roseburg Police arrested a Glendale woman for a warrant early Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 12:40 a.m. officers contacted the 63-year-old on a traffic stop where she was the passenger in a vehicle near the intersection of Northwest Stewart Parkway and Northwest Edenbower Boulevard. Officers had prior knowledge that the woman had a warrant out of Douglas County Circuit Court for animal neglect. Dispatch confirmed the 24-count warrant, and the woman was detained on $20,000 bail.
