Roseburg Police cited a man for a cite and release warrant early Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said just before 3:30 a.m. officers contacted the 53-year-old at CHI Mercy Medical Center on Northwest Stewart Parkway, knowing he had the warrant. The warrant was confirmed and the man was released without incident.
