Roseburg Police jailed a man for a warrant and drug possession charges on Wednesday evening.

An RPD report said at 10:20 p.m. while checking the parking lot of a business in the 2700 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway, officers observed 30-year-old Patrick Todd in the passenger seat of a vehicle and believed he had a warrant for his arrest. Officers located the warrant and detained Todd. He was found to allegedly be in possession of about 2.7. grams of methamphetamine and a usable amount of fentanyl. Conn was detained without bail.
