Roseburg Police charged a woman with first-degree theft on Thursday, for an alleged prior incident.

An RPD report said officers responded to a store in the 900 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard on October 16th after a victim claimed their cellphone had been tracked to an ATM at the business. Officers recovered the phone and returned it to the owner. The ATM was able to provide images of the suspect, and probable cause was established to arrest a 39-year-old man for selling the cellphone.

Thursday night just after 9:00 p.m. suspect was located behind a business in the 2000 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. She was detained without incident and was transported to corrections where she was detained without bail.
