ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL WOMAN FOR HARASSMENT/CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

Roseburg Police jailed a woman on the charges of harassment and second-degree criminal mischief on Monday night.

An RPD report said at 7:45 p.m. officers responded to a disturbance in the 2000 block of Northeast Stephens Street and learned that the 41-year-old had allegedly thrown pieces of a dresser at the victim, hitting him in the leg. The woman left prior to officers arriving on the scene. She returned to the residence later and was contacted and taken into custody. Bail was set at $6,250.
