Roseburg Police jailed a woman for a probation violation on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just before 5:00 p.m. officers contacted the 39-year-old walking in the area of the 800 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard and had prior knowledge that she was wanted by her probation officer. A detainer was authorized and the woman was taken into custody without bail.
