Thursday night just before 11:50 p.m. crews with Central Douglas Fire and Rescue and Sutherlin Fire Department were dispatched to the report of a fire in the bag house at Douglas County Forest Products on Del Rio Road in the Winchester area.

CDF&R Battalion Chief Mitch Doss said the fire was confined to the bag house and did not spread to any nearby structures. Doss said CDF&R and SFD responded with four engines, one ladder truck, two command units and 17 personnel.
