Covering coastal Douglas County:

U.S. Senator Ron Wyden has announced that he will hold an open-to-all town hall in Douglas County on Wednesday, May 27th.

It will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the Reedsport Community Charter Junior and Senior High School’s Pacific Auditorium on Longwood Drive.

The event is part of a group of town halls also being held in Josephine, Curry and Coos counties.

For security, backpacks and large bags will not be allowed in the town halls. Similar to major sporting events, there is a clear bag policy for town halls. Doors will open 30 minutes before the town hall start time.
