Roseburg Police added charges to a man already in jail on Monday night.

An RPD report said at 9:00 p.m. officers learned that the 41-year-old was lodged at corrections and had a warrant for his arrest out of RPD. The man remained in custody now held on seven charges and detained on $15,000 bail.
