Roseburg Police charged a man Saturday, for a reported incident from August of 2025.

An RPD report said just before 7:30 p.m. the 37-year-old was contacted in the 900 block of Northeast Rowe Avenue and admitted to damaging property during the incident. He was taken into custody without incident. The man was detained without bail.
