Roseburg Police jailed a man for a reported trespass incident early Sunday morning.

An RPD report said just after 12:30 a.m. officers were dispatched to a business property in the 500 block of Northeast Rifle Range Road after a caller said that there might be a trespasser on the property.

A security guard on scene advised they had seen someone inside of a barn and believed that they were still there. The 47-year-old was given commands to come out with his hands up. The man complied and was taken into custody without incident. Dispatch advised that there were two warrants for the man’s arrest, out of Coos County.

He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and for the warrants. Bail was set at $1,250.
