A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect through 12:00 p.m. Thursday for central Douglas County.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service in Medford said visibility of one quarter mile or less in dense fog is expected.

The Advisory applies to Roseburg, Sutherlin, Myrtle Creek, Glendale, Elkton, Drain and surrounding areas.

Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
