Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged disorderly conduct on Sunday.’

An RPD report said at 11:00 a.m. officers contacted the 48-year-old in the 1700 block of Northeast Rocky Drive after numerous citizens said he was yelling and threatening to burn down the area. The man was detained without issue and was transported to corrections. Bail was set at $2,500.
