Roseburg Police jailed a Sutherlin man for warrants early Monday.

An RPD report said at 2:25 a.m. officers stopped the 36-year-old for traffic violations near the intersection of Southeast Stephens Street and Southeast Sterling Avenue. Officers learned the man had an active warrant through the Sutherlin Municipal Court. He was detained without incident and transported to corrections. The man was detained without bail. He was released later on Monday.
